It’s not often you get to create a beer brand from scratch. But because the category is overloaded with BS, we decided to make it as straight talking as the Vice brand itself.

Years ago, Vice acquired an iconic Pub in East London's Shoreditch, Old Blue Last. So, we thought, why not launch our own beer too. In a collaboration with AB-InBev, that’s precisely what we did. But we didn’t create some bogus brand wrapper, we gave it the straight talking vernacular Vice was known for. We gave it a brand positioning, designed the can, wrote the ads and had a lot of parties.
